Our Story
Wasabi Japanese Restaurant is a Buffalo-born restaurant first opened in 2007. This restaurant was inspired by Tony’s first trip to Japan though soon after, Tony met John, someone who shared the same passion as him for Japanese cuisine. Throughout the years, their friendship grew and their families became closer, which led them to open their first restaurant together in Williamsville. Now, with over 30 years of experience, Tony and John are the heart of Wasabi Japanese Restaurant, and hope that through their food, they can share their love of Japanese cuisine and family with their patrons.
